Fit
How a wire-free bra should fit
- The bandSits level all the way round and feels snug on the loosest hooks, so you can tighten it as it relaxes with wear. Two fingers slide under it, no more.
- The cupsLie smooth, with no gap at the top and nothing spilling at the sides. If you wear a breast form, it sits flat in the pocket at the same height as the other side.
- The strapsDo the least work. If they dig in, the band is probably too loose: try one band size down and one cup size up.
Between two sizes? Take the smaller band and go up a cup: 75C rather than 80B. Our sizes run from 70 to 95 in the band and AA to F in the cup (EU). On every product page, Find your size works it out from two measurements.

Feels as easy as a sports top
This is now my favorite bras and I’ve already bought two. Soft and light, no pressure points, good fit. Feels as easy as a sports top.
A bra that feels secure all day
I’ve tried several pocketed bras since my surgery and most of them either felt bulky or didn’t keep the prosthesis in place when moving around. This one is different. The pockets are well positioned, the sides feel supportive, and the cups stay smooth under clothes without digging in.
Pretty, and held firmly in place
The bra is well designed with deep side bands, the cups are full to allow my prosthesis to be inserted but they are held firmly in place. The design is pretty and very comfortable to wear every day. I have this bra in 3 colours.
Wire-free, for a fuller bust
Most wire-free bras are sold in S, M and L, and a fuller bust is where that stops working: the cup spreads and everything is pressed into one shape. Ours are sized by band and cup, from 70 to 95 in the band and up to F in the cup (EU). An EU F is a UK E and a US DDD.
A wide underband sits flat against the ribcage, firm side panels hold the cup forward, and the back closure has rows of hooks and eyes, so the band can be taken in or let out. On Lotus, Aura and Nika the straps are wider in larger sizes.
For lace, start with Lotus or Aura. For fitted tops, Luna and Nika have smooth moulded cups. Every cup has a soft pocket inside, made to hold a breast form after surgery. If you don't need it, you won't notice it.

Support comes from the construction: a wide underband, firm side panels, full cups and a back closure with rows of hooks and eyes. If you're between two sizes, take the smaller band and go up a cup.
What is an EU F in UK and US sizes?
An EU F is a UK E and a US DDD. An EU E is a UK and US DD. EU bands 70 to 95 are UK and US 32 to 42.
